I don’t think there’s a comprehensive list of all the promos that can (probably) be used with any Neo-Standard title in English Weiß Schwarz, so here they are. (I’ll try to keep this updated; the last update was on April 29, 2026.)

First off, there are the promos listed on the Deck Construction Rules page; these can definitely be used in any deck.

There are also a few cards that aren’t listed in the deck construction rules, but are included in every Neo-Standard title in Deck Log. It’s natural to assume that they can, in fact, be used with every title (and some of them are effectively the same card as one that is listed in the deck construction rules anyway).

Then there are some more reprints and alternate rarities of cards listed in the deck construction rules. While technically they’re not listed themselves, they’re mechanically identical to a card that is, so it would be pretty silly if they weren’t allowed.

Finally, there are a bunch of cards that are generally assumed to be able to be used with any title. They aren’t associated with any existing titles, and several of them are equivalent to Japanese cards that can be used with any title in Neo-Standard. And at least one of them was played in a deck that topped a BCS regional and didn’t fail deck check.

…And then there’s this card. Unlike all the others, this one does have a specific title that it’s intuitively associated with (BanG Dream!), but it doesn’t have that title’s title code. So it’s not clear whether it’s meant to work with any title, or with just that one (like the very similar BD/BSF2025-10, which is listed as WS/BSF2025-10 in the card list).
