[Updated for BCS 25/26] Card Breakdown / Generic Decklist: Pre-Ban Bang Dream (Oblivionis)

Following up on my Oblivionis card breakdown and generic decklist from BSF 2025, I’ve kept that spreadsheet updated with decks from BCS 25/26, and now that all the regionals have finished (and with Worlds having a new banlist), I’ve got two more generic decklists: one based on the combined BSF and BCS decks, and one for BCS alone.

Combined:

EncoreDecks: akshM7ejI
Deck Log: 166CV

BCS Only:

EncoreDecks: LjX03SpXs
Deck Log: 5K1P3

Notably, the Moca riki has fallen below the cutoff point, and as a result, these decks have no rikis whatsoever. While a few of the actual topping decks have no rikis, that’s very much not the norm; it’s just that there’s enough variation that none of the individual options (Moca riki, Yukina riki, Nyamu aqua riki, Soyo riki, or Mutsumi ruijerd for that matter) made the cut.

For the combined BSF + BCS deck, the 1st Rui cost-reducer (side note, I’ve heard that referred to as “violin”, which I think could be a useful jargon term) was tied with the 4th Doloris combo, the 1st Tomori pants, and the 4 Tomori combos for that 50th spot. I went with the Rui since it was in the most BCS lists, which are both more recent and singles rather than trios. (Of course, it could never have been the pants, since that would have been a 9th climax; and while it’s possible to run the Tomori combo as an off-finisher without the pants, none of the topping lists actually did that. So it was mostly between the Rui and the 4th Doloris.)

For the BCS-only deck, I put the 2 different printings of Buns, but both the same for the violin, because the reprint of that has a different card name, which the Tomori combo actually cares about. (I didn’t check which version was more common, just went with the original rather than the reprint.)
